STEP 1 - THE PROJECT PLANNER
This is the first step and it gives us the information we need in order to book our first call. We’ll spend time talking through your goals and what you hope to achieve beyond this project. We’ll use this call to see if we’re a good fit to work together.
If we aren’t a fit, we’re glad to help you find your way to another production team or places to continue your development as an artist. We care about your success even if we don’t end up working together.

STEP 2 - PLANNING & PRE-PRODUCTION
Our projects are only as great as our plan.
We’re going to be spending a lot of time talking about your creative history, what inspires you, and what makes you “tick” as an artist. Then we’ll set some large, but realistic goals for your project and lay out a path for a successful release.
We’ll also get a plan for where to record. Our studio is in Birmingham, Alabama but we can work anywhere. Some clients will have us create instrumentation here and then travel to them for vocal sessions. Some would rather spend time with us in Birmingham. Whether you’re regional or remote, that’s not a problem for us.
We’ll rehearse the songs together and get the most compelling versions of the songs ready. We love being hands-on with our clients. We care about their music as if it were our own, so our team loves getting our hands dirty getting the songs ready to record. All of us are session musicians in at least one instrument and we’re glad to help get the songs perfected.
Some artists also choose to have us help them with crowdfunding campaigns - that’ll happen during this step.
STEP 3 - PRODUCTION, MIX, MASTER
This is where the fun really begins and our clients’ vision starts to take shape. We’ll assemble the right team to make your songs come to life.
We’ll track the songs, get them mixed, and master them so they’re ready for release. If you plan on using backtracks for your live performance, we’ll help you get going with those.
STEP 4 - RELEASE & FOLLOW THROUGH
CONGRATS! Your music’s released. So now what?
A great release happens because of all the work beforehand. So, we’ll work on supplemental videos, song versions, and content with you so people can discovery you and become excited about your upcoming release.
We’ll also help you with any social media promotions or ads we set in our planning phase.
Then, we’ll walk with you in the months after your release to help you optimize the momentum so you can take the right steps forward in your career.
